v1.9 Live on App Store

We decided to skip over v1.8. It was originally intended to only fix a couple of non critical bugs when running on iOS 5, but then we decided to push on and upgrade with some of the most requested features. So please welcome v1.9.....

New Features and Changes in v1.9:
- Full Retina Display Graphics
- Guests can now be easily moved between Just Evening and All Day lists - Press and hold on guest for menu option to move to other list.
- All built in Business modules have a Notes section - to make specific notes about the business. (These notes are also visible and can be edited in the quick view notes on home screen).
- Quick Photo viewer on home screen is now free scrolling (and much more user friendly)
- Full Screen Photo now behaves likes 'Photos' App - Pinch to Zoom , rotate, etc…
- Eliminated Redundant sections in Inspiration and News
- Gifts can now be marked as 'thanked' by press and hold.
- Pin Code to prevent access to Bride's Dress Section (i.e. prevent access to info + pics about dress - but not budget data).

So where is iCloud support? We are currently testing iCloud support and intend to release v2.0 (with iCloud support)  as soon as possible. v1.8 Coming Soon

Update v1.8 will be submitted to Apple ASAP.  It will address a couple of minor cosmetic issues with iOS5.

We have also yet to receive any specific reports of problems with iOS5 compatibility for currently available v1.7 - please let us know if you have find any issues or problems.

v1.61 update - Fixes Home Screen Bug

1.61 going live now. Fixes the Home screen Bug which caused our Placeholder name to remain on show. A Massive thank you is needed to the Apple iTunes App Review Team for pushing this critical update in < 24 hours.

v1.6 approved but Has a Bug!!!

1.6 went live 12 hours ago. We fixed lots of issues with name sorting and arrangement in guest lists and home screen but unfortunately introduced an odd home screen bug!  If the groom name (second name entered) is from 'Contacts' then the name getting set on the top name label - leaving the placeholder name that we use in the bottom label - Victoria !

Replacing the Groom with a 'Just a Name' entry instead of a 'Contacts'  will solve the issue but we have pushed a fix to Apple already.

v1.6 Submitted for Approval

This update addresses inconsistent display of guest names in all lists and emails.   We have always tried to respect the user preferences for Contacts app about whether names from contacts app should display First+Last or Last+First.  We are now going to respect this option across the whole application EXCEPT on the home screen.

From now on, in respect to user preferences of 'Contacts' app display order:

1. Names of bride and groom on the home screen will now always be displayed as FIrstname + Lastname (ignoring user preferences)

2. Names entered as 'Just a Name' will now display by taking into account the user preferences.  This gives a more uniform and predictable guest list display.

3. Multi Guest picker lists now respect the user preferences.

4. Emails exported for guest lists now respect order preferences.

On first Twitter login, a test tweet is no longer sent.
